Built to keep sweepers moving material efficiently, reduce spill-over, and spend less time dumping. Designed around a continuous chevron base belt with vulcanized Winged T cleats for reliable performance.
Base Belt: 2-ply 180 continuous chevron
Surface: 1/64" impression
Cleats: 2" Winged T
Cleat Spacing: 18" centers
Why it matters: The chevron pattern supports fine material collection, while the 1/64" impression helps reduce sticking and improves abrasion resistance. Winged T cleats help move material to the center of the belt to reduce spill-over, with a return-side nest that minimizes “thumping.”
