U.S. Industrial O-Ring Kits
The U.S. Industrial Kit represents an outstanding O-Ring assortment value. Each kit contains a total quantity of 436 O-Rings in thirty-six different sizes, which provides an extremely low cost-per-size value. Included AS568 sizes are: -005 thru -018, -110 thru -121, and -210 thru -219. This kit comes in an array of different material options. Please consult the individual pages below for help in choosing which one is right for you. The U.S Industrial Kit is packed in our own compact 36-compartment box with a contents identification card that gives dimensions and silhouettes of each O-Ring.
U.S. INDUSTRIAL NITRILE 70
Nitrile, a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene, is an exceptional multi-purpose compound. It performs well in many types of environments and is generally resistant to fuels, oils, water and a multitude of other fluids. When compared to other elastomers, Nitrile has exceptional mechanical properties and wear resistance. Contents: 436 O-Rings in 70 durometer Nitrile

U.S. INDUSTRIAL NITRILE 90
The nitrile O-Rings in this kit are made from 90 durometer hardness, which increases resistance to extrusion, but reduces low temperature flexibility. Nitrile, a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene, is an exceptional multi-purpose compound. It performs well in many types of environments and is generally resistant to fuels, oils, water and a multitude other fluids. When compared to other elastomers, nitrile has exceptional mechanical properties and wear resistance.

U.S. INDUSTRIAL FLUOROCARBON 75
Use of fluorocarbon rubber is preferred over nitrile when high operating temperatures and/or harsh chemical environments are encountered. It performs well in a variety of fuels, dilute acids and bases, as well as a diverse array of hydrocarbons. Fluorocarbon also has outstanding resistance to atmospheric ozone and oxidation.
